This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
02

We collect personal data in two ways: information you provide directly, and data collected automatically when you visit our website.
Information you provide:

Information collected automatically:

Client campaign data:
When we manage paid media campaigns on your behalf, we access campaign performance data, audience segments, conversion events, and ad account information on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. This data is used solely to run and optimise your campaigns.
03
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling strategy calls
- Onboarding clients and delivering performance marketing services
- Planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns

- Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the services you have engaged us for.
04
Advertising Platforms & Third-Party Services
As a performance marketing agency, we work within the ecosystems of major ad platforms. When we manage campaigns on your behalf, data such as audience segments, conversion signals, and creative assets may be transmitted to and processed by these platforms under their own privacy policies:
Each platform operates under its own data processing agreements and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies for information about how they handle data.
We may also use analytics and reporting tools (including Google Analytics) to measure website and campaign performance.
05
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on roivex.com. These fall into three categories:
- Essential cookies — necessary for the website to function (session management, security). You cannot opt out of these.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These may include tools like Google Analytics.
- Advertising & tracking pixels — used to measure ad campaign performance and conversions. These include pixels from platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, and may track interactions across sessions and devices.
You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through your browser settings, or by contacting us. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
06

- Ad platforms — to run and optimise campaigns as described in Section 04
- Analytics providers — for website performance measurement
- Service providers — including scheduling tools used to book strategy calls, and CRM or project management software used in our operations, all bound by data processing agreements

Any third party we engage is required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law and only for the purposes we specify.
07
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
